Hello, I'm Amy. I've been where you are.

My mission is to empower survivors of suicide/loss. I understand the grief, guilt, anger & sense of helplessness you feel when you lose someone who means the world to you.

After such a tremendous loss, the life you once knew is gone, and each day without your loved one feels like a drain on an already dry well.

Eventually, you might decide that you're ready to make a change, but you may not be sure what step to take to begin that path to change.

I understand, I was there…

Stressed Woman

What  I was doing wasn't working.

I lost my sister to suicide in 2017 and felt completely grief-stricken. I felt guilt, shame, a sense of helplessness, and cycled through unanswerable questions. Even with the support of my loved ones, I felt trapped in a seemingly never-ending cycle.

After going through the grief steps I knew I needed something to get me out of the cycle I was in. I lost interest in things I loved, I stopped taking care of myself and felt sad most of the time.

Decided to make a change.

Then, by total accident, I stumbled into a life coach podcast that completely changed my life. I knew coaching was exactly what I was looking for. My relationships improved, I had more energy, my health improved, and I started to make goals again.

Once I noticed the transformative changes that life coaching made in my own life, I knew I needed to share this with survivors just like me. Through the Life Coach School, I became a Certified Life Coach myself so that I could do just that—to help suicide loss survivors like myself grow into happier, more motivated people despite the loss.
